We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review the following eligibility requirements and return instructions before submitting your request.
Online Purchases Within Canada and the USA
Our 30-day return and exchange policy gives you greater flexibility and peace of mind when making an online purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange by returning the eligible item in its original condition within 30 days of the shipment date.
This return policy applies only to purchases completed through the Christine Jewellers online store.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom orders: Personalized, specially ordered or custom-made products are final sale.
- Custom discounted orders: Orders sold under a specially negotiated or customized discount are final sale.
- Altered products: Engraved, resized, modified or otherwise altered products cannot be returned.
- Worn or damaged products: Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse or alteration may be refused.
- International orders: Orders shipped outside Canada and the USA are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-Store Purchases
Purchases completed at our physical store are not eligible for a refund. Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that they remain unworn, unaltered and in their original condition with all packaging and documentation included.
Gemstone Deposits and Order Cancellations
If an order involving a gemstone deposit is cancelled, a restocking fee equal to 5% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Be in the same original condition in which it was received.
- Show no signs of wear, use, damage or alteration.
- Have no engraving, resizing or other customization.
- Include all original packaging, boxes, manuals, warranty materials, accessories and promotional items.
- Include the original diamond or gemstone certificate, where applicable.
How to Return an Item
- Request return authorization. Email inquiry@christinejewellers.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for approval. Do not send the item until your return request has been reviewed and approved.
- Securely package the item. Place the product and all original materials inside a strong, unmarked cardboard shipping box.
- Use discreet packaging. Do not write “Christine Jewellers,” “jewellery,” “diamonds,” “watches” or other luxury-related terms on the outside of the package.
- Insure and track the shipment. Use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance covering the full value of the returned item.

Inspection and Refund Processing
Once your return is received, it will be examined by our inspection team, which includes GIA-certified personnel and watch professionals. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The eligible item price and applicable taxes will be refunded.
Original shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable, except when the return involves a product confirmed to be defective.
Return Shipping Costs
- For non-defective products valued below CAD $500, return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- For confirmed defective products returned from Canada or the USA, Christine Jewellers may reimburse up to CAD $15 in return shipping costs when a valid receipt is provided.
- For confirmed defective products returned from an international destination, Christine Jewellers may reimburse up to CAD $39.99 when a valid receipt is provided.
- For an approved defective-product return, the full eligible amount paid for the order will be reimbursed.
International Orders
All orders shipped to destinations outside Canada and the USA are final sale. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is confirmed to be defective and otherwise approved by Christine Jewellers.
